Tuwing pasko ay nagpapa candy shower ang barkadahan namin dito sa barrio (OLD MINORS) na ang mga members ay halos puro batch 81…Nag bibigay ng kaunting halaga ang bawat miyembro at kung minsan ay may nakukuha rin na mag-isponsor para pambili ng mga kendi….Ito ay bilang pasasalamat sa mga biyaya ng nagdaan taon at para na rin mapasaya ang mga bata…. Ginagawa namin ito mula pa noon 1984….Ang may pinakamalaking waist line ang natotoka na mag-damit Santa Klaus.. Si Edboy Zapanta ang nakatoka ngayon taon…pero sa di maipaliwanag na dahilan ay late sya dumating…Hehehe..

- Please see the attached powerpoint presentation (CCS Batch 81 Reunion.ppt) for the minutes of the meeting and other details

- The attached financial report (CCS81 COLLECTION REPORT 0306.xls) was already posted previously in the website but presented in the meeting for those who have not seen the report. It also showed how much cash we have on hand available which included the membership fees and revolving fund.

- The attached reunion budget report (reunion budget final.xls) - showed the total estimated budget for the reunion and the detailed cost components, including the average contribution per member. It also showed the various options presented for the group to decide and the chosen option. With this chosen option, the members average contribution is P400 and the minimum (for those who cannot afford to pay the average) is P300. It was agreed in the meeting that those who have initially paid the membership fee of P100 will only pay P300 (P400 - P100) or min. P200 (P300 - P100). Anybody who wishes to pay higher than P400 is more than welcome to do so as any excess cash generated will be used to buy major raffle prizes.

- The attached reunion grouping report (reunion grouping updated.xls) - the various workgroups and the members as well as the chosen leaders for the group.

Highlights:
1. Prior activity proposed - Thanksgiving Mass at the Cainta Church 5-6 pm.
2. After the mass, car pooling for all those with vehicles to accomodate transport of all members to the reunion venue
3. Reunion venue - Vista Verde Club House
4. Attire: common shirt for everybody, with option to choose between Black or White shirt with collar. Anybody who wishes to have two shirts will pay for the extra shirt
5. Additional Pledges for the reunion:
Jessie Lampasa - to shoulder membership fees for 10 attendees
Jun Hombrebueno - to shoulder membership fees for 10 attendees
Jessie and Roel Labayo - to shoulder the plaques to be given to the guest teachers
6. The different workgroups will meet with each members to plan for their activities and target dates to accomplish their tasks. Each group leader will be provided with the contact nos. of the respective members for coordination purposes.
7. The group leaders will meet to present their group plans next month. The date and venue to be announced later.
8. Amor and Ahrie will continue to locate members not yet contacted.
9. Tarpaulines will be mounted on strategic locations to announce the upcoming reunion. We will use the Teaser made by Gigi for the Tarpaulines.
10. Raffle prizes will be solicited from within the members of the batch as we have not alloted budget for the raffle prizes.

kumusta na ulit mga batchmates? salamat nga pala sa pag-welcome nyo sa kin dito sa eboard (ang tagal na nun ah)….

niweys,sensya na at beherang behera aku magparamdam, hehe… alam nyo na bukod sa busy eh hirap akong sumingit sa mga pampangkin ko (bawal naman sa office)… kya eto sobrang natabunan na ako ng emails, more than 10k plus pa unread emails ko, huhu….

pati tuloy yung favorite kong telenovela ng ating hottest loveteam ay di ko nasubaybayan… nung sabado ko lang nalaman na happy ending na pala (kase nun ko lang napuntahan ang pancitan ni ate sienna, ang ganda nung blog mo ate, winner!)… kakahiya ang beauty ko , halatang natutulog sa pansitan… (LESSON: Ang natutulog sa pansitan sa pancitan din nagigising…wenk!)
